He later finds out at a party that Fiona had been cheating on him for a long time, hence the title "Scotty Doesn't Know." The band plays at the party and that is when the song is played and Scottie finds out the truth. When he travels Europe, he finds that song has become world famous. >>>

It’s also funny since this is a straight song and we are lesbians lol but yeah she’s a whore and I’m a little lonely but this song is great :)
