  • This song was written and produced by Madonna and Mirwais Ahmadzai. Known for his French-style progressive electronic dance music, Mirwais first worked with the Material Girl in 2000 for her eighth studio album, Music. She intended to partner with him again for this entire album, but turned to British electronic musician Stuart Price when she was unhappy with the results.

  • Leo from Westminster 1, MdFuture Lovers-one of my Favorite Madonna album cuts. One of the many great things about Madonna is there's an honesty, a likeability and a friendliness in her beautiful Detroit Kabbalah Evita/W.E. voice. When Madonna Cries "I'm gonna tell you about Love!/Would you like to try?/Come with me/In the Evidence of its Brilliance!"-I somehow believe her and I feel like I'm talking to and being her Friend. Madonna definitely has a beautiful and positive effect on me-the lady has affected me in many good ways and for that, I thank her. So as a salute to Lady Madonna, I'll say this about her
-"In the Evidence of Your Brilliance, my dear Madgesty Ciccone!" Madonna Forever!
  • Theresa from Murfreesboro, TnThe coolest song from Confessions on a Dancefloor, too bad it was never released as a single.
  • Mjn Seifer from Not Listed For Personal Reason, EnglandI was the one who put the original lyrics in, if they are truly wrong, I am sorry - I don't have the song, and I had only a YouTube video of a live performance to go by.
  • William Andrews from Los Angeles, CaYou have so many of the lyrics wrong, that I think a reader would not understand what Madge was trying to convey.

    Please see the following:

    1. To begin with, Sophia is right when she points out that the refrain is "In the evidence of its brilliance."

    2. The correct lyrics are as follows:

I'm gonna tell you about love/
    Let's forget your life/
    forget your problems/
    Administration, bills and loans/
    Come with me/

In the evidence of its brilliance [repeat]

In the demonstration of this evidence
    Some have called it religion
    This is not a coincidence
    Would you like to try?

    Connect to the sky/
    future lovers ride/
    their ambitions high/
    would you like to try?

    Let me be your guide/
    Put aside your pride/
    Future lovers hide/
    Love inside their eyes/

In the evidence of its brilliance [repeat]

    Love controlled by time/
    Future lovers shine/
    For eternity/
    In a world th/at's free

    Put away your past/
    Love will never last/
    If you're holding on/
    To a dream that's gone/

I'm gonna tell you about love/
    Would you like to try

In the evidence of its brilliance [repeat]

There's no love like the future love

    Come with me

    [Chorus]

In the evidence of its brilliance
    [repeat]
  • Mjn Seifer from Not Listed For Personal Reason, EnglandNo it's "experience"
  • Sophia from Seattle, WaI think there's an error in the lyrics... I think she says:

"In the evidence of its brilliance"

not, 'in the evidence of experience'
