Songfacts®:

  • Maejor Ali is an American recording artist, songwriter and music producer from Detroit, who was formerly known as Bei Maejor. Amongst the artists he has produced are Keri Hilson, Sean Paul, and Iggy Azalea.
  • This club dance track is the third single from Maejor Ali's debut album, Something About B.M., which was released on Justin Bieber's, Schoolboy Records label. Having co-produced Bieber's Believe track "One Love," as well as working with him on the Lil Twist single "Twerk," the Detroit artist recruited the Canadian superstar to spit some bars on this song's second verse.
  • Bieber's verse about swiping someone else's girlfriend is a rare example of the Canadian Pop star rapping on a commercial release, rather than a mixtape track or various freestyles. The teen idol's appearance on the oral sex referencing track is also an attempt by Bieber to shed his tween image and cross over into an adult artist.
  • Juicy J spits the third verse where he references the drug Molly, which for those not in the know is MDNA, or Ecstasy. (It also conveniently rhymes with lolly).
  • Ali told The Boombox he likes to do odd match-ups like on this song. "The main thing I want to do with collaborations is bring people from different worlds together," he explained. "Kind of like Juicy and Justin, because I think that it's just fun for people to see name that they wouldn't expect to work together, and when they hear it, it somehow works."
