Songfacts®:

  • This song finds Mario singing about a girl who cheated on him with another guy. Adding to the heartache is how she's now doing all the things with the new guy that they used to do together. He feels used and betrayed, as he gave his heart and soul to this girl and now she is giving it to someone else. >>>

  • Chris from Union, NjThis song is basically Mario singing about an ex girlfriend who supposedly loved him .. but left him for somebody else even though he gave her his everything, which he thought was good enough .. repeating how could she do this to him and forget about him ..

In the video, Mario's friend [Cassidy] spots his ex girlfriend with another man and informs Mario who begins to get upset and starts to reminise about all the good times they had together, pointing back to a point where he gave her a diamond bracelet .. which he still wears, meaning she must of gave it back to him so she don't have anything to remember him of ..

The video continues to follow his ex girlfriend and her new man around and into her apartment where the new man discovers pictures of her and Mario in her wallet when she pulls it out and becomes furious and storms out the apartment ..

Mario, who was parked outside sees his ex girlfriend new man leaving in anger and runs up to her apartment and knocks on the door furiously .. giving up, he begins to leave until she comes out and screams out his name .. then runs to him telling him how sorry she is and how she wants to try again .. but despite all their good times he remembered, he doesn't forget how she did him wrong and gives her a kiss on the cheek [which his ex girlfriend was aiming for his lips] and walks away leaving in her hands the same diamond bracelet he gave her once before .. to let her keep something to remember him by.

This song is amazing .. Mario is a great singer who sings about situations we've all been through.

This song basically sends a message that states, never break up with somebody if you're going to regret it later .. because whose heart you broke the first time, might come back around and not be willing to take you back .. thus breaking your heart as well ..

    Be real guys ..
