• This Electronic-Pop tune is the lead single from Take That member Mark Owen's fourth solo album, The Art of Doing Nothing. Owen penned the songs on the record with Ben Mark and Jamie Norton, who both played on his previous solo album, How The Nighty Fall, and also play in the Take That band. "When we finished the Progress tour in 2011 and Rob (Williams) went off to do his solo album, us three started mucking about and trying things out," he recalled to The Sun. They just came to knock around twice a week and that was how we started."
• The song explores sci-fi themes and was inspired by Owen watching his three kids. "I learn from my children," he told The Sun. "I see how they enjoy life and it inspires me. Life can be quite tough in different ways and I know I am very fortunate in my life and I appreciate that. And a lot of people have had much harder lives than I have. But that song is being in the now and enjoying how amazing life is. I love the freedom and innocence that my little 'uns have and I wrote it for them.
  
  "We are all on this amazing planet and looking around," he added, " looking up to the stars, even just for one second, can be mind-blowing. And that's what that song is about."
• Production credits go to Charlie Russell, who helmed Alt-J's Mercury Prize winning debut An Awesome Wave and Bradley Spence who has also worked with Coldplay, Kasabian, and Radiohead. Owen explained; "Ben had worked with Charlie and Brad before and so he took in a demo of my single 'Stars' to see what they thought and it was a turning point. It just all fell into place rather than being one planned idea. At that point I was getting a bit more serious that I could do this, I could put out another album.
  
  "Anyway they played around with the demo and sent it back to me as an MP3 on e-mail," Owen continued. "I sat outside. I put on my headphones and was like, 'Wow I love it.' I ran inside to (wife) Emma shouting at her to listen to it. She loved it too and so that was it."
• The song's music video depicts Owen in an astronaut suit walking around Berlin, whilst trying to escape from the costume. "I wanted to be an astronaut as a little boy," he said, "but that never happened so I get to be one in the video."
