  • This song was used in a mass murder terror threat via an Internet radio station in 2011. According to the Vancouver Sun, a Wisconsin man, David J. Lefever, logged into the chatroom for The MeltDown Show on HardRockRadioLive and typed, "Watch_The_National_new_tomorrow_I_am_going_to_go_a_shooting_spree_in_Appleton_WI."

He then requested this song be played by the show's hosts, Trevor Fenton and Pat Ryan, as it would be, "good music to go postal and kill a bunce of people to." Fenton and Ryan played the request to keep the Lefever online while they contacted the police. Ryan told the newspaper: "We had to take that threat seriously, we couldn't ignore him. That was something we just couldn't ignore and not report. It could have been a prank. But if he was serious and something happened, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself."

  • Dan Gillespy from Courtenay BcA perfect metal song about a hitman.
  • Davie from ChicagoIt wasn't a threat. They called the pigs in Appleton WI for publicity. f--k the Appleton pigs & f--k them. They are going to pay.
  • Bryan from Vega Alta, Puerto RicoI think this title (both album and song) have something to do slightly with Metallica's album "Kill 'Em All".
This was the debut album of Megadeth, 2 years after the release of Metallica's "Kill 'Em All".

Just an opinion, but think about it: '83 - "Kill 'Em All" '85 - "Killing My Business, and Business is Good".
