  • This bouncy make-up anthem finds Meghan Trainor looking to end a dispute with her argumentative lover.

    I don't wanna fight tonight
    I'mma let you be right
We can make up if you just kiss me at the next traffic light

Meghan co-penned the tune with songwriter Jacob Kasher (Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad," Maroon 5's "Sugar", Charlie Puth's "Attention") and co-producer Andrew Wells (5 Seconds of Summer's "Want You Back," Jason Mraz's "Have It All"). "This song is a dance bop," said Trainor, "it's about not wanting to waste any time fighting when you could be loving."
  • The song's concept was inspired by Meghan's relationship with her fiancé Daryl Sabara, best known for playing Juni Cortez in the Spy Kids film series. "I wanted to talk about my relationship with Daryl [in the song] and a cute thing we do," Trainor told Glamour. "What I taught him early on was, you know, I'm always right. I really am. Daryl learned that early on, so any little fight we have he knows it ends with me being right. I wanted to put that in a song."
  • The fun and flirty video, was helmed by noted director Colin Tilley (Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Khaled) who also shot Trainor's clip for her previous single "No Excuses." The glitzy visual was filmed at L.A.'s Moonlight Rollerway and features a pink-haired Meghan making moves on a neon-lit dance floor, before hitting an arcade with her girls.

Speaking about the video with Glamour, Trainor explained, "I'm obsessed with lights - a lot of lights. I wanted cool effects. I wanted it to look like we spent a lot of money, you know? I wanted to dance and show my body, and I did it. I looked bomb."
