  • Rough tracks for Ministry's thirteenth studio album were finished on December 19, 2012 and three days later, news reached the group that guitarist Mike Scaccia had suddenly passed away. He died from a heart attack suffered on stage while playing a live show with his band Rigor Mortis in Dallas, Texas. Scaccia's bandmates were absolutely devastated and frontman Al Jourgensen penned this song specifically about the guitarist's unexpected demise.
