  • Don't be fooled by the title of this Keith Dozier and Adam Fears penned tender ballad. It is the first full-on romantic song that Eddie Montgomery has ever cut.

    God knows I'm no beginner
When it comes to being a sinner
I never cared about where I went or where it was that I was bound
Til the devil in me fell in love with the angel in you
That's the day all hell broke loose

So why is this Eddie Montgomery's first ever romantic ballad? "I've tried to write love songs," he told Taste of Country. "You talk about sucking!"
  • Montgomery admitted he had reservations about recording the tender tune. "I almost didn't do it. I come that close," he said. "Didn't wanna cut it. I was like 'Man, I don't wanna sing a love song, man.'"
