Songfacts®:

  • This is about the movie The Exorcist: "I'd love it if you spinned your head for me or vomit a beautiful pea soup green." The band gets their inspiration from horror movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Shining, Phantasm, and Night Of The Living Dead.

The album title is also a play on a movie title: the 1970 Russ Meyer film Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. They weren't the first to work this movie into an album title, and The Go-Go's named their 1994 compilation Return to the Valley of the Go-Go's. >>>

  • The Murderdolls were formed as a side project by Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison and Static X guitarist Tripp Eisen - this song was written by Jordison. They got the idea for the band while touring on Ozzfest in 1999.

  • Niemand from Zhytomyr, UkraineThis song is the funniest song I have ever heard. And Murderdolls are the funniest band in the world!
  • Lars Ulrich from CopenhagenMore freakishness...Gotta love it
  • Jodi from Somewhere..., MdAye..the song is about The Exorcist..It talks about when Regan pissed on the rug infront of her mother's company...and when she spinned her head, and so on..
  • Elyssa from Goliad, TxIm the one that wrote the first meaning to the song on here, and whoever wrote the second one is WRONG! Joey has had the idea for the band since 1995 but then it was called The Rejects. Him and Dizzy Draztik had already made the band, then when he joined Slipknot he had to pause that, and later met Tripp in 1999 and re-named it Murderdolls cuz Wednesday 13 became the singer, so actually, to correct you, the band was already there.
  • Kelsie from Reno, Nvthat song is great I love the Murderdolls
