Songfacts®:

  • "Here In Your Arms" is a collaboration between British DJ and producer Nathan Dawe and singer Abi Flynn. The song, a shimmering piece of dance-pop reassurance, is about dedication in love, with Flynn promising to stick around through whatever ups and downs life throws.
  • Flynn's voice has been a staple of the UK dance scene for years, but until now she's been the musical equivalent of an anonymous donor. Her vocals have powered hits like "Believe Me" by Navos and "So Much In Love" by D.O.D, but her name? Nowhere to be seen. That changed when Dawe credited her as a featured artist on "Here In Your Arms."

"I wrote this beautiful song with Nathan after many years of being an uncredited singer with a famous voice and unknown name," Flynn shared. "The song means a lot to me - its meaningful lyrics were the words I needed to hear for myself at the time. I never dreamed it would meet the world in such a powerful way."
  • Dawe and Flynn wrote the song alongside Issey Cross and Neave Applebaum. Dawe and Applebaum also handled production.

Cross previously co-wrote and sang on Dawe's "Oh Baby," while Applebaum helped produce Dawes' "We Ain't Here For Long."
