Songfacts®:

  • This braggadocious anthem finds the Queen Barbz re-claiming her rap throne after a long break between releases: "Let's be real," Nicki Minaj commands, "all you bitches wanna look like me, wanna be in demand, get booked like me."
  • Minaj last released an album in 2014 in the form of The Pinkprint. Her previous solo music was the March 2017 release of "No Frauds," "Regret in Your Tears," and "Changed It."
  • J Reid's throwback production blends drum kicks with spacey loops. This and "Chun-Li" were the beatmaker's first placings with a major artist from northern US though he had previous placements with such southern acts as Lil Boosie, Lloyd and Moneybagg Yo.
  • The song was included as a bonus track on the Target exclusive version of Queen.
