Songfacts®:

  • This is a track from …...Featuring, a compilation album by pop jazz vocalist Norah Jones of songs by other artists that Jones has appeared on. "A lot of the people on this record are people I've worshiped since I was a kid, and some of them are younger and more my contemporaries," she said. "Even though the musicians are so varied, the vibe of the songs makes sense when we put them all together."
  • This track is with alternative country/ rock singer-songwriter Ryan Adams and originally featured on his 2005 album, Jacksonville City Nights. Jones recalled to AceShowbiz how the duet came about: "I was having trouble writing and I was kinda depressed about just the fact that I couldn't really write consistently and I remembered Ryan at that time just being like 'what's wrong with you? I love your song. I'm coming over'."
