    "It's about self harm and literally saying that suicide is the worst thing you could do to the people you care about," Carlile continued. "It's saying, 'How could you say no-one was listening when I was right here wanting to listen to you?' It's about how I got past a difficult time and it ends with me saying, 'if I can do it, you can, because I'm not that strong, so please, believes you can do it, too.'"
