Songfacts®:

  • 1 D's Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson wrote this with frequent collaborators Julian Bunetta, Ed Drewett and John Ryan. However there are two other credited songwriters that are less familiar names to 1D fans: Gamal Lewis and Jacob Kasher.

Florida native Gamal "Lunchmoney" Lewis' first big breakthrough came when he co-penned Jessie J's single "Burnin' Up" and guested on the hook of Nicki Minaj's The Prinkprint track "Trini Dem Girls." However, he only really came to prominence with the single "Bills," which was an international hit. Lewis co-wrote "Bills" with American rapper, musician and songwriter Jacob Kasher, whose other credits include Maroon 5's "Sugar".

This isn't Lunchmoney Lewis' only involvement with One Direction. He jumped on Big Payno (Liam Payne)'s remix of "Drag Me Down," which can be found on the guys' Perfect EP, contributing two verses.
