  • Singer and lyricist Hayley Williams told Alternative Press about this song of self-empowerment: "At 20 years old, it's the time when you're either working hard at figuring it out or you don't care at all. I'm talking about life here. The same holds true no matter what age you are, I guess. It's frustrating whenever I see people with so much potential just throw away their dreams because they seem out of reach. Working hard is a good thing. I realize that the guys and I are extremely blessed to be where we are. It probably seems a bit like I'm talking down to anyone who isn't on tour or selling records. But it's not like that at all. It took a lot of sacrifice and years of touring and working our way from the ground up to get to this point. And even if it was all taken away from us tomorrow, every bit of it was worth it."

  • Steve B. from DowntownShe missed out on saying that there were a lot of people with money interested in her doing this, the same way with her friend Taylor Swift. Don't be ashamed to go through a cave situation when u have no one to back u up. U'll make it out when you're ready to do so.
  • Trever from N. Syracuse, Nythis meaning is great!! i mean it. you can not expect your goals and dreams to come to you with you doing no work, life does not work that way. anyhow, it does suck watching some of the best people with these big and great dreams put them in the garbage! In a way i have seen some of my closest friends throw away dreams, as i will always try to save them! you will be able to tell if you are a really close friend to me, if you give up on something i will be there to catch what ever you gave up on.
