  • Paramore announced on October 11, 2011 that they were setting up a "Singles Club" on their website giving fans the opportunity to purchase three exclusive singles, which was not available on iTunes or in stores." The series was launched with this song, which was premiered on the day of the announcement.
  • The track was recorded in March 2011 during the same sessions as Paramore's Transformers: Dark of the Moon soundtrack effort "Monster." The recordings with producer Rob Cavallo were the first by the trio after losing members Josh and Zac Farro in December 2010.
  • The song was debuted live by Paramore on September 7, 2011 during the Fueled by Ramen 15th anniversary concert at New York City's Terminal 5.
