  • This is the opening track of Walk Through Exits Only, the debut solo album of former Pantera frontman Philip Anselmo. Regarding the title, he laughed, "I've gotten my share of fu--ing licks from the media over the years. I figured I'd give them one back. Lyrically, there was always something driving me though. I couldn't put my finger on it for the longest time, but it's very reality-based. I didn't mince any words."

"The message comes across in a crazy way," added Andelmo's long-time friend, Houston-based guitarist Marzi Montazeri. "That goes for the entire record though. There's no similarity between this and any other band. It breaks from tradition."
  • Anselmo told Rolling Stone that this song is not a literal attack on the media: "For me, on this record, it's all about showing a different side of sarcasm that I have," he explained. "I've heard too many times where people say that I'm this ultra-serious guy. In truth, I've got an extremely absurd sense of humor. I thrive on the absurd – I love it. It's really my way of poking back at fellows like you. You guys get the free rein to write whatever you want about me, so just a little poke back at you. But if you take a look at the lyrics on that song, it has absolutely nothing to do with the fu--ing media. It's more of an introduction to what you're about to get into with the rest of the record."
