Songfacts®:

  • This song was co-written by Adam Pallin. The American is best for being the producer/programmer half of the Pop duo Little Jackie, who had a UK Top 20 hit in 2008 with "The World Should Revolve Around Me." The other songwriters were Ashton Parson and Matt Parad.
  • The song was released as the second single from Pixie Lott's eponymous album. She said: "I think the track is a perfect second single because it still has an upbeat vibe you can dance to, but with a meaningful lyric in a soulful way. I love performing this live with the band because we can really get into it."
  • The song's music video finds Pixie soaking up the sun on the Mediterranean. She said: "I absolutely loved shooting this with a fabulous team. I shot it with the same company who did my video for 'Heart Cry', because they captured the perfect vibe before. It was my first time in the south of France and I was in awe, so beautiful."
