  • Rae Morris originally wrote this for the TV show Skins. It was released as her debut single in March 2012, following its use in the final episode of the sixth series of the teen drama series.

Morris recalled to DIY Magazine in 2015: "They asked me if I would write a song and they gave me a day to do it. I was in London at the time, so I had to rush back home to Blackpool. They played me the clip of the scene and I had to write the music to that. I think because I had to just write it, I didn't realize what I'd done and now, every time I play it, it takes on a new meaning and I feel just as emotional when I sing it as when I first wrote it."
  • This was re-released in 2015 as a charity single for CoppaFeel! - an organization that aims to put an end to the late detection of breast cancer.
