He added: "The guy - me - however you want to make it - sounds right the whole way, somebody I could see. It's human, in that it dawns on him that the big thing about the whole fantastic thing that happens is that there is an afterlife. So he tells the guys (he's telling the story to) they should shape up too, then says, 'Let's go get a drink.'"
