Songfacts®:

  • This old school house track by Bristol-born and London-based DJ/Producer Redlight was released on January 20, 2012 as a Digital download. It debuted on the UK singles chart at #18 the following week, giving him his first entry on the tally.
  • The tune features the vocal talents of Redlight's fellow Bristolian Nicole Jackson, who made it to the judge's houses stage of the 2009 X-Factor before being passed over for Rachel Adedeji, Stacey Solomon and Lucie Jones. She now performs with Redlight.
  • Pedants' corner time: The correct grammar should of course be "Get Out of My Head"!
