Songfacts®:

  • This upbeat island-inspired jam was recorded by Rihanna for the soundtrack of Home, a 2015 Dreamworks Animation film based on the 2007 children's book The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex. Rihanna both starred in the film and acted as the executive producer of the soundtrack. This is one of three tracks she contributed to the project.
  • This is an entirely different song to Bruce Springsteen's 1984 hit tune of the same title. The track was written by Rihanna with Ester Dean, who has penned many of the Bajan star's hits, including "Rude Boy" and "What's My Name." and Detroit singer-songwriter MoZella whose other song-writing credits include Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball." It was produced by the Norwegian production team StarGate, who have also helmed many of Rihanna's most successful tunes.
