Songfacts®:

  • The first song to be heard from Rizzle Kicks' Roaring 20s album features rapped vocals from The Wire actor Dominic West. He also features on another track from the album, "Put Your Two's Up." West is a close pal of Ant Whiting, the main producer of the disc. Jordan Stephens of Rizzle Kicks told The Sun: "We'd mentioned to Ant about our love for The Wire and he said, 'Yeah, we go way back. He lives round the corner. We should get him to do something on a track'.
He added: "When we'd finished watching The Wire it was almost like losing a close friend. Being able to have the star of the show on our record was definitely one of those 'pinch myself' moments."
