Songfacts®:

  • This was the first song to be made available from Under the Radar Volume 1, a collection of B-sides, demos and other tracks that failed to make official releases. The track was released for free on December 1, 2014 to Robbie Williams' fans.
  • Williams described the album as "loads and loads of songs that I've written that I'm incredibly passionate about. I want you to hear them, otherwise they're just going to remain in my computer!"
  • Williams released the album with no promotion on December 1, 2014, going head to head with III, the album from the singer's former group Take That. Speaking in a video Williams admitted that those around him think he's mad to release a record with zero fanfare. "I'll let you into a secret, Guy Chambers isn't happy with me putting these songs on this album," he said. "He thinks I'm a lunatic for not putting them on an album that we've promoted with TV performances and at radio stations and a big tour. But I'm an impetuous bugger, and I want them out now, now, now!"
