Songfacts®:

  • This song finds the Sigma duo of Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie melding their soaring synths with Take That's vocals and a gospel choir. It follows past collaborations by the English drum and bass duo with the likes of Paloma Faith, Labrinth and Ella Henderson.
  • Asked by OfficialCharts.com whether working with Take That was different to the other music making experiences they'd had, Cameron Edwards replied: "It's a similar sort of method. We get the idea together and then get in the studio; it all depends on how well you get on with who you are working with. We're lucky that everyone we've worked with we've gotten all very well with. Paloma is really nice, Ella Henderson is lovely, same with Labrinth. Take That were as well and they were really up for it."
  • Edwards admitted that Sigma had some concerns about how their fans would react to their collaborating with a pop group like Take That. "Every time you work with someone new, there's always a little doubt in your mind," he said. "As a musician, you always doubt what you do anyway. For us, we come from a drum and bass background and it was more about the reaction after announcing you're doing a tune with Take That was going to cause in the underground scene. There's a lot of narrow-minded people out there but we like making big music and big tunes and that's what we do."
  • This is only the second collaboration between Take That and another artist. The first was when Lulu guested on "Relight My Fire."
  • Cause I'd rather go blind
Than watch you walk out of my life
Turn my face up to the sky
You know we all, we all, we all, we all cry

Take That are best known for their epic love songs such as "Rule The World" and "Patience." However, this track finds the pop trio with tears flowing at the thought of their lover walking out on them.
  • Take That included the song on the deluxe edition of their eighth studio album, Wonderland.
