Songfacts®:

  • Originally titled "Okay," this song has absolutely nothing to do with fungal infections. Instead it finds Ski Mask The God focusing on sex and wealth with a few references to cartoon characters thrown in. The title does not appear in the lyrics - we guess the rapper just thought it would be amusing.
  • The song features a stripped-down beat by DJ and producer Roofeeo (6lack's "Worst Luck) and Connecticut native Kenny Beats (Ab-Soul's "Hunnid Stax"). The latter also worked with Ski on another Stokeley track "Unbothered."
  • Kenny Beats told Genius the beat was created around the time he was working on Vince Staples' FM! album. He explained that he was going for a Neptunes and Timbaland-inspired '90s vibe.

"Patterns appear for me. I'll just hear something and I'm like, 'Nah, this pattern works with that.' The kick to me was just obvious," he said. "Normally, people are afraid to do beats at this speed 'cause they always feel like old school hip-hop and not in a fun club way."
