Songfacts®:

  • "Mind Still" is a collaboration between Sonny Fodera and vocalist Blythe Pepino, formerly of the British electronica band Vaults.
  • Blythe's vocals tap into a feeling many face in today's world: the struggle to keep her mind still amid constant distractions. She yearns for moments of peace and escape to seek a refuge from the daily grind.
  • The German electronic music duo Blyne helped Fodera produce the track. Based in Berlin, Blyne comprises Andreas Hube and Jan Hammele.
  • Issey Cross co-wrote the song with Fodera and Blyne. Drum & bass vocalist and songwriter Isabella "Issey" Cross had her own hit in 2023 with "Bittersweet Goodbye." She has also worked with Wilkinson ("Used To This"), Nathan Dawe ("Oh Baby").and Caity Basir ("Pretty Boys").
  • There's also a Tita Lau Remix, offering a fresh take on the original track.
