Songfacts®:

  • Not to be confused with the earlier Rainbow ballad of the same name, and certainly not inspired or influenced by it, this "Rainbow Eyes" was written by Lon Cohen and Reba Meryl. Performed by Sorcery with Susie Rose Major, it appeared in the offbeat 1984 horror film Rocktober Blood - sing for me Rainbow Eyes, or die, heck, I think I'll kill you anyway. Romantic it ain't! >>>
