Songfacts®:

  • This song is not as sexist as its title would probably suggest. The subject of the song is canine obedience.
  • "Bitch School," released in 1992, was part of Spinal Tap's big comeback, including the TV special A Spinal Tap Reunion. The movie that introduced the band, This Is Spinal Tap, was released in 1984.
  • The Break Like the Wind album features guest appearances from Jeff Beck, Cher, and Guns n' Roses guitarist Slash, among others.
  • Spinal Tap had built a legend and were more popular at this point than when the movie was released in 1984. The Break Like the Wind album charted twice as high (#61) as the first Spinal Tap album (#121).
  • The tastelessly chained woman with the inexplicable graduation cap on the cover of the "Bitch School" single is Mariah O'Brien. She had small roles in the 1999 films The Mod Squad and Being John Malkovich. She's also the woman on the cover of the second studio album by Alice in Chains, Dirt (1992).

  • Hedova'eels from Masterrace City, Germany ;)The songmelody itself, not the text, is quite boring, like every dumb KISS-song. I hope this song would be freshened up some day in a modern version:
Faster, with thunderdrums and a virtous guitar play. By the way, the beginning riffs remember me to Queens' song "It's late".
And who is this sexy blond bitch school teachress?
  • Chris from Tulsa, OkThe Bitch School teacher is something else!
  • Joe from Gallipolis, Ohthis song is about hillary clinton
  • Colby from Fort Collins, Coon the special edition of the movie it has the video for this song and just like the movie it is hilarious
