  • On the inside booklet of the album, it says of this song: "Your thoughts and dreams are no longer sacred as they are exposed to a weapon known as remote viewing and monitoring." >>>

  • The light post is probably a metaphor for the government. Thus, "If you own the light post, you own the working class" because the government shows us their truth. And if you want answers, you should be ready to burn him (and start thinking for yourself), because the light post is trying to keep you from thinking and shows you the path it wants you to see. The ships are people who are not willing to accept this and therefore they attack the light post. "The orange light that follows will soon proclaim itself as god" could be a warning, because history teaches us that the leaders of revolutions themselves often become the new dictators. So, the fire (orange light) that burns the light post proclaims itself as the new god (dictator). The last verse shows that more and more people are willing to fight the government to get answers. In fact, they are bound to win the fight, because the narrator of this verse, who seems to be a guard of the light post, says that it is all over. >>>

  • Spiderskull98 from New YorkThis album doesn't even have footnotes.
  • Grayson from New Westminster, Bcthis song is amazing, there is way more screamo than all the other songs though
  • Attila from Dunavarsány, Hungary"Your thoughts and dreams are no longer sacred as they are exposed to a weapon known as remote viewing and monitoring." is pretty self explanatory, it says NOTHING is sacred anymore concerning privacy, not even thoughts (see remote viewing on youtube.com for example, there have to be some videos about it)
  • Avery from Bucksport, MeThis song is awesome i love the part "The ships are multiplying day after day sir,
And theyre coming close to the shore sir, shore sir,We need to evacuate the light post,
Its all over, its all over
    Its all over"
Because i love the voice and it is so funny....I love SERJ!! :)
  • Jacob from Somewhere, United StatesI would say that the part "If you are the light post you are the working class, but if you want the answers you better give a piece of your a**!" is saying that if you work hard and and go higher in life the people that are your boss you still have to give stuff that aren't necessary for them (but still want for greed) just to keep their respect and job.
  • Brittany from Rainy River, Canadathe liner notes that say 'your thoughts and dreams are no longer sacred...' and so on are for the song Spiders, which is about government monitoring and whatnot...there's still a little more to it, but thats the jist of it.
