The Florida artist extends permission only to Kanye West and Lil Wayne to co-opt his trademark vocal-enhancing sound. Ironically T-Pain raps on this track rather than using his trademark Antares Autotune.
  • On this tune T-Pain namedrops Roger Troutman who made the digitally processed sound well known in the 1980s.
  • T-Pain told The Los Angeles Times November 11, 2008 that he'd recently got some [flak] for his use of the Auto-Tune computer program. He explained: "They said I should stop doing [Auto-Tune] because too many other people are using it now. They figured that people would get tired of it. What I explained to them is, there's no one better than the originator."
