  • Bad as Me is the seventeenth studio album by American rock musician Tom Waits, and his first long player consisting completely of new material since 2004's Real Gone.
  • This is the album's title track. It was written collectively by Waits and his wife and musical collaborator Kathleen Brennan. The song was released as Waits' seventeenth single on August 23, 2011.
  • 36 years after the release of Waits' first album, Nighthawks at the Diner in 1975, Bad as Me became Waits' first ever top 10 album in the US when it debuted at #6 with 63,000 sales. His previous chart peak came with the #24 ranking of 2004's Real Gone.
