Blood Orange singer Devonté Hynes, who croons the chorus. Tyler previously appeared in Hyne's music video for his song "Hope."

However, once he starts playing the piano, the set catches on fire causing widespread chaos.

None of Playboi Carti, Devonté Hynes, or Charlie Wilson feature in the clip.
  • During a performance at a small Apple Music-broadcasted show in Los Angeles, Tyler revealed to the crowd that he'd originally written "Earfquake" with Justin Bieber in mind. He also claimed that he had offered the song to Rihanna. Both pop stars rejected it.
  • Boyz II Men and Charlie Wilson brought a doo-wop sound to this song when they joined Tyler to perform it at the Grammy Awards in 2020. Igor won for Best Rap Album at the ceremony.
