  • Ashwin from Philadelphia, PaThis description is not entirely accurate, or at least not entirely complete. After Bono's father passed away, he spoke with Gallagher and mentioned that, by the end of his life, his Dad had kind of lost his faith. Gallagher asked if he didn't believe in God, and Bono replied that he thought his Father didn't know. Gallagher than poignantly responded something along the lines of, "Well, he's one step closer to knowing."
