    "I wanted to speak on the fact that it's not just a racial issue. There is just a disparity between classes, as well. There are a lot of poor people in Flint, Michigan. But I just want to know that if you were to tip the scale, and it wasn't 60% black and it was 60% white, would the same things have happened, given that everybody's broke?"
