  • There's no place for me to hide
The thoughts of all the time I cried
    And felt this pain
    That I have known
Because I needed just to hear
    That special something

    And then one day
    You just appear
    You said "hello"
"Let's make love along the way"
Your name is music to my heart
    I'll always really love you

Feel so good when I'm with you
I can't believe you love me too
With you it feels like it should feel
With you it feels so good Lyrics licensed and provided by LyricFind

  • Demasp from DesertIs ad for memorex is why I remember it.
  • Seventh Mist from 7th HeavenThis tune began my almost-lifelong love for Mangione's music. Once I had heard the complete version, I've always regretted the omission of the late Chris Vadala's sax solo from the radio cut. Grant Geissman was a superb guitarist (Listen to his solo on "Land of Make Believe" from the "Live at the Hollywood Bowl" album!), but Vadala was every bit as good on sax, plus just about every other woodwind instrument on the planet.
  • Jesse from BrooklynJoe from Charlotte...YES! This song just randomly popped up on my Spotify and I immediately thought of those commercials for visiting NY. I can’t believe I can’t find any other mention of this except your comment! Thank you for validating my sanity!
  • Jef Leppard from Atl GaThis amazing and beautiful guitar solo inspired me to learn more jazz-related songs and passages.
Grant Geissman's work is simply masterful, and is a standout in my mind of great late-70's guitar!
  • Joe from Charlotte, NcI remember when I was young, this song as the background music to a Visit or Vacation in New York commercial in the late 70s early 80s. I googles and searched youtube with out any luck. Can someone confirm this? Thanks.
  • DhatoneI can't believe this page doesn't mention King of the Hill. Chuck Mangione became a recurring character on that show and Feels So Good is played in just about every episode that features him. [got that added - editor]
