  • My Jesus, my Savior
Lord, there is none like You
All of my days, I want to praise
The wonders of Your mighty love

    My comfort, my shelter
    Tower of refuge and strength
Let every breath, all that I am
    Never cease to worship You

    Shout to the Lord
All the earth let us sing
Power and majesty praise to the King
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands
Forever I'll love You, forever I'll stand
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You

    My Jesus, my Savior
Lord, there is none like You
All of my days, I want to praise
The wonders of Your mighty love

My comfort, (oh, my shelter) my shelter
    Tower of refuge and strength
Let every breath (let every breath), all that I am
    Never cease to worship You

    Shout to the Lord
All the earth let us sing
Power and majesty praise to the King (every mountain)
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands (forever and ever)
Forever I'll love You, forever I'll stand (I'll stand)
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You

    Nothing compares, no, no
    Nothing compares
    Nothing compares (to Jesus)
    Nothing compares
    Nothing compares

    Shout to the Lord
All the earth let us sing (let us sing)
Power and majesty praise to the King
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar (yes, they will)
At the sound of Your name (at the sound of Your name)
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands (forever and ever)
Forever I'll love You, forever I'll stand
Nothing compares to the promise I have

Oh, nothing compares to the promise I have (nothing compares)
Oh, nothing compares to the promise I have in You

    Nothing compares
    Oh, nothing compares to you
    To you
    Nothing compares
    We shout your praise
To the ends of the earth
    Every nation tribe
    Every man, woman and child
Oh, we declare the great name of Jesus (name of Jesus)
The name of Jesus (name of Jesus)
The name of Jesus (we shout it from the mountain top)
The name of Jesus (even in the valley, oh)
    The name of Jesus

On the edge, we shout your name
We shout your name (we shout the name of Jesus)
    We shout your name
We shout your name (we shout the name of Jesus)
    We shout your name
We shout your name (we shout your name)
    We shout your name
    We shout your name
    Yes, we do
    We shout your name
    We shout your name
    (Oh) Oh, yeah
    We shout your name
    We shout your name

I sing for joy at the work of Your hands, Jesus
Forever I'll love You, forever I'll stand

  • Sibusiso Sage Mathe from Pretoria, South AfricanThe songs was my childhood favorite praise song and I wasn't sure about some lyrics ,cause I think was overwhelmed by the melody (The art teacher would play for us the piano while we sang - few songs before and after the school Assembly)

Bumping into it this morning (about 15years later) - for me its something I need at this point of my life (cause it's not easy to try and stay positive when you've been depressed for the longest time in your life)

Me getting on this site was to understand something on a similar song - then that's when the website suggested 'me to also check the inspiring background stroy of "Shout to the Lord" - (Darlene Zschech, you are highly appreciated mam)

Is my first time on the website but its already becoming my favorite
Grate job to whoever is responseable
    I love it!!!
