He uses the phrase "Allahu Akbar" to express that he worships the person he loves, and that person doesn't feel the same way, so he says "... unrequited love, to me it's nothing but a one man cult..." This basically means that he feels that he is putting all his love into this person, and they don't feel the same way, which is sad, but I can relate to it, sadly and I love this song because its so touching and its a great song and I'm so glad he out time and effort into this song and made it about his experience that's why I like this song and I feel bad for him but a least he told that person and never keep it bottled up inside that what I love about this song and frank ocean have great day and bye
