  • James Paul Altizer from San Jose, CaWind in The Willows was a folk rock ban in the late 1960's based in San Francisco area. At one time Deborah Harry was a singer.
  • AnonymousDebbie Marie is likely correct. Hunter was a big fan of Deborah Harry and of Blondie and even covered "Heart of Glass" on several occasions in his shows. He liked a number of other punk and postpunk bands as well. He was also a Smiths fan and singled out Morrissey as a very good lyricist. In an interview with the band Blind Melon, Hunter also expressed admiration for Curve and its singer Toni Halliday. Curve's guitarist, by an odd coincidence, has the surname Garcia.
  • Debbie Marie from New YorkIt is possible that The Wind in the Willows refers to Debbie Harry's (Blondie) band, from 1968, called the Wind in The Willows
