  • Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning then I'm gone, I'm gone
I took the city 'bout one AM
    Loaded, loaded
I'm all geared up to score again
    Loaded, loaded

I come alive in the neon light
That's when I make my moves right

Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning, then I'm gone, I'm gone
    Got gleaming chrome, reflecting steel
    Loaded, loaded
Ready to take on every deal
    Loaded, loaded

My pulse is racing, I'm hot to take
This motor's revved up, fit to break

Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning, then I'm gone, I'm gone

    I'm aiming for ya
    I'm gonna floor ya
    My body's coming
    All night long

    The air's electric, sparkin' power
    Loaded, loaded
I'm getting hotter by the hour
    Loaded, loaded

I set my sights and then home in
The joint starts flying when I begin
Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning, then I'm gone, I'm gone

Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning, then I'm gone, I'm gone

Living after midnight, rockin' to the dawn
Lovin' 'til the morning, then I'm gone, I'm gone Writer/s: Glenn Raymond Tipton, Kenneth Downing, Robert Halford

  • Skydog71 from OrLennon didn't write "Imagine", Yoko Ono did. He does't credit George on several songs because of his fragile ego. Also, Judas Priest is the GREATEST F#CKING METAL BAND THERE EVER WAS!!!!! Hands Down. Tell your mama. \m/(-_-)\m/
  • Dan Gillespy from Courtenay BcA big Judas Priest party classic with a very good groove and beat that you can dance to.
  • Dan Gillespy from Courtenay BcA perfect Judas Priest classic party song with a beat that you can dance to.
  • Doug from Buffalo, NyMrsteel you silly homophobe manchild! He never sang anything of the sort. Though there are some that say live he may have sang "I'm gonna blow ya'" instead of "I'm gonna floor ya'". In any case, the song is a standard hard rock party anthem that originated as a boring got woken up story. And the Live Aid version is great, other than the feedback!
  • Mrsteel from United StatesAfter Halford came out of the closet as being gay it made the lyrics a little more interesting "living after midnight, taking a bone in the rear, then I'm gone, I'm gone..."
  • Zero from Nowhere, NjWell, that's not a very interesting story how they came up with the song. Great song though!
  • Cyberpope from Richmond, CanadaJP was THE group to smoke weed to in the 80s!

Buddy of mine got a good deal on a 8-speaker concert amp!

Put that sucker out the 2nd floor window & cranked it -- we could hear JP playing a mile away! *LOL* (yeah, kind of outside the city!)
