    Open up your mind
    Open up your purse
    Open up your vault
    Never, never gonna lose it

    Breadfan
    Take it all away
    Never give an inch
    Gotta make a mint
    Gotta make me a million

    Breadfan
    You got it wrong
Some long time friend's gonna lose it
In the end who's a fool

    Seagull
    Give it all away
    Stay a bird
    Stay a man
    Stay a ghost
    Stay what you wanna be

    Loser
    Give it all away
    Never stay with the winner
    With the man
    With all the filthy money

    Come on
    Keep it on the side
    With a ride
On a record on the top
If you're gonna be a bad boy

    Breadfan
    You got it wrong
Some long time friend's gonna lose it
In the end who's a fool

    Seagull
    Give it all away
    Stay a bird
    Stay a man
    Stay a ghost
    Stay what you wanna be

    Breadfan
    Open up your mind
    Open up your purse
    Open up your bones
    Never, never gonna lose it

    Breadfan
    Take it all away
    Never give an inch
    Gotta make a mint
    Gotta make me a million

    Breadfan
    You got it wrong
Some long time friend's gonna lose it
In the end who's a fool

    Seagull
    Give it all away
    Stay a bird
    Stay a man
    Stay a ghost
    Stay what you wanna be

  • Krishen from Mount Laurel, NjA fine cover, but Budgie's original version still kicks it to high hell. It truly is a shame that they never really found fame the way Black Sabbath did.
  • Christian from Colorado Springs, CoBreadfan was the B-side to the Eye of the Beholder "45. The song is about music industry greed.
  • Jon from Grand Forks, NdYup, b-side to HofS, but also on garage. Problem is, most people think of the better selling 2nd cover album, Re-Revisited
  • Nick from Paramus, NjMetallica originally released this in September 1988 as one of the B-sides to the "Harvester of Sorrow" single. The other B-side was "The Prince", also later appeared on the Garage Inc. album.
  • Nick from Paramus, NjBreadfan wasn't on "Garage Days", it was released as a B-side to one of their singles, I forget which one, I'll check back later.
