Songfacts®:

  • 7dayBinge is a Rock band made up of 3 Doors Down bass player Todd Harrell, Music Mafia guitarist/singer Jon Nicholson, Kid Rock guitarist Kenny Olson, and drummer Shannon Boone on drums. Boone told us:
"This was the last song we recorded for the album actually after the whole record was done we wrote it and had to put it on there and figured why the hell not have a monster jam at the end. Jon used to mess around with it on the wurly at Todd's and we always wanted to do something with it and finally did. The jam at the end was made up on the spot and it makes a pretty kick ass end to the record!" (Check out the 7dayBinge MySpace page.)
