Songfacts®:

  • The title track of A Day To Remember's sixth studio album, this was released as a single on June 2, 2016.

Vocalist Jeremy McKinnon told Kerrang about the song: "This was the last song that we wrote for the album. We had all been in a room together, ducking it out over what was good and what was bad for a month straight. At that point we were all just completely fed up. When you're working on something subjective, so hard, it's easy to get frustrated with each other at the drop of a dime. This song is all about that mindset – being overwhelmingly stressed and what it does to you."
