Songfacts®:

  • Country singer Abbey Cone wrote this track, which is about resisting romantic temptation, with her co-producer Nathan Spicer and Nashville songwriter Nicolle Galyon (Miranda Lambert's "Automatic").

"This song is about having undeniable chemistry with someone who's just not good for you," Cone explained in a Songfacts track by track. "Whether that be an ex or someone you just met, it's about that person that you know you shouldn't make out with, but you still want to and not even wanting the temptation of being in the same room with them."
  • This features on Cone's debut EP, Hate Me.
