  • Jon Moss, who would later form Culture Club, claims that he was the drummer on this track, but was uncredited because he was working for another record label. At the time, he was with a group called Jane Aire & The Belvederes. Adam Ant had recently lost his backing band, who left to join Bow Wow Wow, so he called Moss and asked him to play drums on two tracks he was working on with guitarist Marco Pirroni: "Cartrouble" and "Kick!" Moss told Trouser Press: "He wanted to do the double drums and didn't know how. Adam had always liked Gary Glitter, and he played me all this Burundi music, so I did the drum track."
