  • 16-year-old Agnetha wrote this tear-jerker, whose title translates as "I Was So In Love," while recovering from a doomed love affair. It was one of four songs the teenage Swedish singer laid down during her first recording session that took place on October 16, 1967, at Philips Studio in Stockholm. Released as her debut single, it topped the Swedish Chart on January 28, 1968 knocking The Beatles off the #1 spot and going on to sell more than 80,000 copies.
