Songfacts®:

  • West Sussex producer Alex Adair first came to people's attention when his remix of Ed Sheean's "Thinking Out Loud" did the rounds. A few months later, this lush tropical house tune became his first UK chart entry.
  • Adair originally came up with the track as part of his Creative Music Technology course at his university. It generated buzz after the producer dropped it on Soundcloud. He told DMC World: "It was my first attempt at making this more chilled out style of House Music. I was making more Progressive/Electro House before."

"One of my favourite tracks' is Chris Malinchak's 'So Good For Me' and I wanted to make something with a similar vibe to that. So that influenced the sound of my track."
  • The song features a looped and sampled vocal borrowed from Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell's hit tune "Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing." Adair explained: "The style of vocals goes so well with the chilled house style of music."
