  • Paul Banks said during a Reddit AMA that this is his favorite Anything But Words track. He added: "That's no sample - it's just me with my voice pitched...doin a lil Sinatra thing. But we did sample RZA in that track. We pulled him saying 'Bobby Steelz keeps steels concealed, na'mean?' from the Wu-Tang song 'Evil Deeds.'"
  • RZA was surprised to get a call from his clearing agents about the "Evil Deeds" sample. He told Q magazine: "It was like, So we got two sample claims from his clearing agents about it. I was like, 'This is my song.' I called Paul and said, 'Don't clear that s--t! They come to me trying to take 50 per cent of the song, they tried to jack us on it!' It has to go back through the system, even though it's me."
