The song was mixed with Phillipe Zdar, who also worked on Phoenix's Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix album.
  • The song was aired for the first time on Zane Lowe's June 18, 2009 Radio One show.
  • Lead singer Kele Okerke explained in an interview that this standalone single was recorded because there was "still some creative energy left", after making Intimacy.
  • Lyrically the song is about a messed up a relationship and the narrator is asking for one more chance with his lover.
  • The Wendy Morgan directed video features members of the band observing various strange characters including a madman on keyboards and an attempt to contact the dead with an Ouija board.
